Damaged or Defective Items (All Products)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days at info@elcohouse.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send you a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover the shipping.
Phone Cases + Desk Mats (Made-to-Order)
These items are custom made just for you. That means they can only be returned if defective or damaged. We can’t offer refunds or store credit for changes of heart, wrong size/model, or other non-defective reasons.
Kindle Cases (Stocked Items)
Kindle cases can be returned within 30 days for store credit as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
How to Start a Return
To make things easy, you can initiate a return in one of two ways:
1. Email us at info@elcohouse.com with your name, order number, and details (plus a photo if it’s damaged/defective).
