At Elco House, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom phone cases. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
Defective Items: In the rare case that your phone case arrives with a defect or damage, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will happily replace the item at no additional cost. To assist with the process, please send us a photo of the defect or damage, along with your order number. Once we confirm the issue, we will promptly issue a refund or ship a replacement.
Non-Defective Returns: As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for non-defective items. Please double-check your design choices and specifications before finalizing your purchase to ensure you’re happy with your selection.
How to Contact Us: If you believe your case is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team by filling out the form below. Be sure to include your order number and a detailed description of the issue so we can address your concern as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs: If your case is defective and we confirm a replacement is necessary, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the defective item, as well as the shipping for the replacement.
