Can I cancel or change my order?
We get it—sometimes things change! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 5 hours of purchase. If production hasn’t started yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?
While we wish we could guarantee delivery dates, shipping times can vary due to factors beyond our control once your item is with USPS. Our typical production time is 2-7 business days before shipping. Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing them as early as possible.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Oh no! We’re here to help. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 week of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to arrange an exchange and make it right.
Do you offer personalized orders?
If you want to personalize an item from our shop, just send us a message, and we’ll be happy to do so.
I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. You have 5 hours from the time the order was placed to reach out us to cancel the order. If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’re unable to issue a refund or replacement. However, we may be able to reprint and resend the item at the buyer’s expense. Reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
My item says "Delivered," but I haven’t received it. Can you assist?
If your item hasn’t arrived within 24 hours of the delivery notification, please reach out to us.
